The Joint Venture was founded in 2021 with a vision to create awareness about savings and advantages of Solar Renewable Energy Plants for Businesses & Industries in North East region of India with the Expertise in Solar Generation Projects of SMART ROOF SOLAR PVT. LTD. based in Gurgaon, NCR and Networking & Industrial Experience of PSPL STEEL PROCESSORS PVT. LTD. based in Kolkata & Jamshedpur.

As part of our five-year growth vision to achieve 100 MWp of cumulative solar installations, PSPL Smart Roof Solar Pvt. Ltd. aims to generate approximately 157 GWh of clean electricity annually (100 MW × 8760 hours × 18% CUF). This capacity has the potential to reduce nearly 1,29,000 metric tons of CO₂ emissions every year. Over five years, this impact translates to around 6,45,000 metric tons of avoided carbon emissions, equivalent to planting nearly 6 million trees, reinforcing our commitment to sustainable energy and climate responsibility.
